Example Design Research Participant Agreement
This agreement relates to your participation in a study led by

- You are not required to participate and may opt out at any time. If at any point you no longer wish to participate, please inform the study moderator.
- You will not receive payment or compensation for your participation. You agree to perform all duties associated with your participation in this study during the period of

<project end date>gratuitously and without expectation of payment or any other form of compensation from the United States Government. You freely and voluntarily agree to waive any right, claim, or other recourse against the United States federal Government relating to compensation for your participation in this study. Additionally, you agree to grant the United States Government with unlimited and unrestricted rights to use and reproduce all materials associated with your participation in this study.
